In this time of global turmoil, do we really want Mitt Romney speaking for our nation? Deadline: 4 days. All gifts matched 3-to-1. Contribute. In this time of global turmoil, do we really want Mitt Romney speaking for our nation?

We may shake our heads at Governor Romney's inept comments about important events and our allies overseas, but can you imagine the damage to our nation's foreign policy that might be caused by a President Romney?

Just the possibility makes it hard for me to sleep.

The races for the White House and a Democratic Senate appear to be neck and neck. We must act now, because we can't afford to sit by and let Mr. Romney take us back to the bombast and bluster of the Bush era.

With only five days until the FEC deadline, we must choose: do nothing and run the risk that Mitt Romney will become our nation's commander-in-chief OR contribute $X and fight for President Obama and a Democratic Senate. With only 41 days left to go we must act now.

Much can be learned about a presidential candidate from his choice of words and from his ability to make sound judgments in periods of stress. From the evidence thus far, Mr. Romney seems incapable of addressing critical foreign policy questions without embarrassing himself.

His plan, to the extent he has laid one out, promises a return to the years that we experienced under President George W. Bush.

Our nation has learned not to trust neoconservatives to chart America's path in the world. Our country needs President Obama's experience, courage and diplomacy.

Don't put our country in Romney's hands. We can do better, much better, by joining in the urgent task of re-electing President Obama—please donate today:
