Description

This award is funded thru the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act to provide a Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) of 1.84% to Head Start Staff and Quality Improvement Funding consistent with the provisions of Section 640(a)(5) of the Head Start Act. It
