Salkehatchie Arts (SA), a 501c3 exempt organization created in 2006 by the USC Salkehatchie Leadership Institute (SLI) with funding from USDA-RD, is in its third year of operation. With the assistance of the SLI, Salkehatchie Arts has inventoried more tha
