DESCRIPTION (provided by applicant): We propose replacing an existing FACSVantage SE cell sorter at the University of Utah's Health Sciences Center with a four laser (405, 488, 561 and 640 nm) FACSAria-II SORP cell sorter. The existing instrument was purc
