In lieu of the amendment in the nature of a substitute recommended by the Committee on Education and Workforce now printed in the bill, an amendment in the nature of a substitute consisting of the text of H.R. 4444 shall be considered as adopted. In the engrossment of H.R. 444, the Clerk shall add the texts of H.R. 4409 and H.R. 4410 as new matter at the end of H.R. 444 and then lay H.R. 4409 and H.R. 4410 on the table.
