Fighting Terrorism and Upholding Due Process Act This bill amends the federal criminal code to allow the Department of Justice (DOJ), in conjunction with the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, to establish a list of persons that: (1) there is probable cause to believe, have engaged in or supported terrorism; and (2) there is reason to believe, may use a firearm in connection with terrorism.
