Social Security Fairness for Firefighters and Police Officers Act This bill amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to exempt firefighters and law enforcement officers with at least five years of service from the Government Pension Offset and Windfall Elimination provisions.
