Bill Summary
Age Discrimination in Employment Parity Act of 2018 This bill amends the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 to lower the number of employees, from 20 to 15, that an employer must have in order to be subject to specified prohibitions against age discrimination in the workplace.
