This site is approximately 6 miles due west of the City of Blythe on West Hobsonway, adjacent to Interstate 10. Improvements included five wood-frame buildings, two underground oil storage tanks, and 11 underground aircraft fuel storage tanks. The County of Riverside has leased the airport to the City of Blythe which operates it as municipal airport facility.
