3/3 PA Lt Feaman is drawing 50,000 USD in order to support with battle damage, condolence, hero, and former detainee payments and Commander's small scale projects

Project Goals

To mitigate the effects of military operations on the local population and better enable the Commander of 3/3, to respond to urgent humanitarian needs in his battle space

Justification: This project significantly reduced the risk of vehicular traffic falling into the canal in a spot where the road was severely deteriorating.

Justification: This bridge construction met the urgent needs of the community by allowing farmers to bring their crops fom their fields across the canal which formerly obstructed their ability to bring their products to the bazaar and market.

Justification: This road improvement completed in Putian dramatically increased mobility for all traffic in the area.

Justification: These bridges allow for farmers in previously less trafficable areas to be able to have the opportunity to travel with their goods along the same lines of communication as their neighbors in the village leading to further cohesion and sense of community there.

Justification: This road improvement allows for the increased trafficability to Route Coors as an alternative to the heavily trafficked and overcrowded Route Shiner, making travel signifacantly less hazardous for travelers.

Justification: The previously existing bridge at the location was able to sustain foot traffic and light motorcycle traffic, however cars and trucks previously were unable to cross the critical intersection without undue risk to life and vehicle.
