To pay condolence payments to the family of Afghans killed during Coalition Forces Combat Operations: 1.Dawoud Sharabuddin 2.Zahir Sharabuddin 3.Wife of Zahir 4.Wife of Ghafor 5.Wife of Saber 6.Also to pay for associated battle damage resulting from the same incident
Project Goals
To express sympathy and to provide urgent humanitarian relief to family adversely impacted by combat operations. Comments: Due to the extraordinary circumstance, we are requesting authorization to pay $5k per person killed in this incident. Additionally, $2.5k for damages.
