Project Description
Claim by Fazil Mohammad for damage done to his vehicle by US Coalition Forces. On June 9th 2010 at approximately 12:48PM, Fazil Mohammamad''s vehicle was hit a by CF Forces. ISAF forces blocked the road. One group of ISAF Forces, drove by with no incident. There was a 2nd group of ISAF Forces that drove by with sider vehicles. These vehicles scraped Fazil Mohammad''s bus causing physical damage to his vehicle. CF stopped and gave Fazil Mohammad documentation verifying that he did have damage to his vehicle that was a result of a colision with US Forces. The paperwork directed Fazil to take the completed form to the nearest ISAF camp to file his complaint. According to the documentation, Fazil''s vehicle was damaged by vehicles affiliated with A-52 AT CO BSTB 5/2 SBCT in the Shorandum District. Based on the ISAF documentation provided, the claim apprears to be valid.
