Chemoimmunoprevention of EGFR-Driven Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
PROJECT NARRATIVE EGFR is one of the primary driver oncoproteins in lung cancer. The goal of this proposal is to demonstrate the efficacy and mechanisms of combinatorial chemoimmunoprevention approaches, including RXR agonists, multi-peptide EGFR vaccination, and immune checkpoint blockade to prevent EGFR-driven lung tumorigenesis and recurrence. This work will provide the ?proof-of-principle? that will guide future clinical applications for lung cancer prevention.
