Institutions must file significant disclosures to the National Institutes of Health if they determine financial relationships could affect the design, conduct or reporting of the NIH-funded research. The NIH provided us with their entire financial conflict of interest database, with filings from 2012 through 2019.

TIC10 anti-tumor effect through regulation of Foxo3a and TRAIL
We have discovered a new drug called TIC10 that uses normal and cancer cells to make a substance in your body called TRAIL that kills cancer cells. These studies will help understand how TIC10 works, will identify how key molecules are changed by TIC10, and see if similar changes are seen in actual tumors of patients. This work will help greatly to advance TIC10 to the clinic in the future.
