Nanoparticle Transport Through Tissues
PROJECT NARRATIVE The CendR transport pathway increases the penetration of nanoparticle drugs into tumor tissue, increasing drug efficacy and reducing side effects. This application proposes studies aimed at developing better understanding of the CendR pathway and new reagents for its utilization in nanoparticle targeting.
