Institutions must file significant disclosures to the National Institutes of Health if they determine financial relationships could affect the design, conduct or reporting of the NIH-funded research. The NIH provided us with their entire financial conflict of interest database, with filings from 2012 through 2019.

Development of novel sperm-binding antibodies
In the U.S., nearly half of all pregnancies are unintended, leading a cost burden of over $20B annually. There is currently a lack of effective non-hormonal contraceptive methods. Here, we seek to harness the latest advances in biotechnology to engineer novel human sperm-binding monoclonal antibodies that offer the potential for effective non-hormonal contraception.
