Abbott / SJM
Faculty instructor for course treating utilization and technique for dorsal root ganglion stimulation. This course, attended by pain physicians across the country, involves didactic sessions as well as cadaver lab teaching sessions. In order to utilize this therapy, a physician must attend this course. This was mandated by the FDA after approval of the device. This is an activity that I have performed in the past.
This event will take place in Dallas, TX. I will fly Friday afternoon after any UF clinical or academic duties and return Sunday. The below are estimated compensations for this event.
