Geisinger Health Systems
I am a ~ six-week/years OPS physician for UF COM. I am a part-time Critical Care physician at GHS in Pennsylvania. the latter is my main "part-time" job since retirement. my ops UF position is likely temporary until enough full-time intensivists are hired.
I work as a part time Critical Care physician at Geisinger Lewistown hospital in Lewistown, Pa. it is my primary job now. I work there 12 weeks per year, a "half-time" position. my position at UF is on a temporary OPS basis in the NSICU, planned for ~ 6-10 weeks per year. regarding question 9 above, I am not certain that I understand the grammar of the question; so, by way of explanation, my sole role is provide critical care medical care to the patients in the Geisinger Lewistown hospital ICU, and do not engage in research, sales, company decisions, advertising, or conduct a medical practice out of an office; I am solely an "in-hospital" clinician and have no administrative functions in the Geisinger system. So, I see the answer to #9 as being NO. GHS does no business with UF or Shands hospital that I know of.

Tell us what you know about Carl Peters's disclosure
We're still reporting about conflicts of interest. Is there something you'd like to tell us about this disclosure?
Notes: When a more specific filing date is not available for an individual financial disclosure or conflict of interest form, we use the year the form was filed. If the year was not disclosed, we report the range of years covered by our public records requests. In a few cases, a start date was provided instead of a filing date. In those cases, we use the start date instead.
Fewer than 10% of records from the University of Florida and fewer than 1% of records from the University of Texas system were removed because they did not contain enough information.
ProPublica obtained additional financial disclosures and conflict of interest forms that we have not yet digitized and added to the database. You can download those disclosures in the ProPublica Data Store.
