I have reviewed depositions of other witnesses and medication records and provided my opinion as to the effects of medications on a horse which died while galloping on the racetrack severely injuring the jockey.
Most of the preparation work has been completed. I have a deposition and the trial which I expect to require a total of 5 days all inclusive of court time and preparation time
