American Academy of Neurology
The American Academy of Neurology has asked me to speak in their Spring and Fall meetings which occur approximately twice a year and they reimburse travel and give a very small honoraria. Honoraria: All faculty are eligible to receive honoraria. Honoraria is issued approximately 6-8 weeks after the meeting. In order for this to be processed, we will need to make sure that we have your tax forms on file, or that you complete it as soon as possible. We will follow up with any that are missing. Expense Forms: Please find attached an expense form for expense reimbursement. A completed form with original receipts for items over $25.00 must be received within 30 days of the meeting. Please submit your completed reports to [email protected]. AAN Policy: Directors and speakers of the Fall Conference receive round-trip airfare, hotel stay, waived meeting registration, honoraria, and expenses reimbursed up to $115/day for two days (internet and meals). Additional travel expenses are also allowed reimbursement (i.e. mileage, parking) excluding car rentals. Detailed original receipts must be submitted for reimbursement within 30 days. Any deviation from standard Academy reimbursement policies will not be reimbursed.

Notes: When a more specific filing date is not available for an individual financial disclosure or conflict of interest form, we use the year the form was filed. If the year was not disclosed, we report the range of years covered by our public records requests. In a few cases, a start date was provided instead of a filing date. In those cases, we use the start date instead.
Fewer than 10% of records from the University of Florida and fewer than 1% of records from the University of Texas system were removed because they did not contain enough information.
ProPublica obtained additional financial disclosures and conflict of interest forms that we have not yet digitized and added to the database. You can download those disclosures in the ProPublica Data Store.
