PD-1 Blockade and Neoantigen-Specific T Cell Immunity
The proposed study investigates a personalized neoantigen-specific cancer vaccine followed by anti-PD-1 therapy in patients with advance cutaneous melanoma. Understanding T cell immunity elicited by the neoantigen vaccine in the setting of PD-1 blockade should allow the design of novel treatment approaches and improved application of checkpoint inhibitors in the clinic.
