Feasibility and acceptability of an internet-based cognitive-behavioral treatment for insomnia in adults with asthma
The purpose of this research project is to determine if the Internet is a feasible and acceptable delivery method for behavioral treatment of comorbid insomnia in adults with asthma. The findings could identify a low-cost, patient accepted strategy for delivering behavioral insomnia treatment to patients with asthma.
