Diffregen
Help this Temple University startup apply for SBIR and other funds to aid in commercialization of new leukemia drugs. This can involve helping set up collaborations, and reaching out to potential advisers and investors. Help manage corporate documents, including potentially licensing of IP from Temple University to Diffregen. Coordinate with the Science Center of Philadelphia, a life science incubator, that is offering guidance, funds, and incubator space to the company. The company, Diffregen, and the technology involved, have no ties to The University of Texas. The Office of Technology Commercialization has never done business with the Science Center or Temple University. My potential role with Diffregen would not require me to represent The University of Texas in any regard, especially on behalf of Diffregen.
