Provide psychological services (e.g., assessment, treatment) 3 hours per week.
I am instructor for two practicum courses in the psychology department that aim to train students in the provision of psychological services. I engage in this outside activity in order to be able to teach this course. This activity has been approved by my department chair. It appears that this entry which was completed and approved in 2014 was not carried forward o 2015 and on. Hence, this new disclosure. While I offer some services free, I do receive payment from some of the patients.
