Remedy Urgent Care, PLLC
I will be employed by Remedy Urgent Care to provide same day medical assessments to employees of the Whole Foods Organization in Austin, TX. I will be serving as a physician in an ambulatory care setting. I will be serving in an "as needed" capacity.
The prn or as needed post may continue past 8/19/16 if I am needed further. It will not affect my 23.5 hour/week part-time status as a staff physician at University Health Services at UT Austin as I will potentially be performing my medical duties during the academic year on days/hours that I am not employed by UT Austin. Right now I am slated for up to 8 hours/week of outside employment but this too can go up a bit or down a bit depending on need. I will have a separate malpractice policy via Capson Physicians Insurance in place to cover my clinical work outside of UT via Remedy Urgent Care PLLC. The medial clinic that I will be staffing serves only employees of the Whole Foods Organization.
