American Law Institute
I serve as reporter for a project of the American Law Institute called Restatement Third, Torts: Liability for Economic Harm. It is an effort to summarize, explain, and increase the rationality of tort law throughout the United States.
I began work on this project in 2010. I have recorded above just the dates involving work in 2015. The project should conclude in 2018. I work on it during weekends.
