Inhalational smoke induced acute lung injury (ISALI) contributes to the high mortality and morbidity of severe burn victims. We will test whether nebulization or airway delivery of fibrinolysins in a perfluorocarbon vehicle best reverses lung dysfunction and improves outcomes in ISALI.
