MultiClonal Therapeutics- the entity is based on technology to clone stem cells of columnar epithelium. The ultimate goal of the company is to turn it into a reagent business to make systems available to pharmaceutical companies. The technology has already been validated and published, however, because the investigator is using the technology as a tool in his funded research to clone cancer precursor lesions there could be the perception of a conflict.
