Melax Technologies, Inc., has an exclusive license agreement with The University of Texas. The technology licensed to the company involves Clinical Language Annotation Modeling and Processing (CLAMP) toolkit and the license is exclusive to software and includes services. The Informatics Component of this research will use data, information, and knowledge to advance the science of clinical care. This project may utilize CLAMP to extract trial eligibility criteria from unstructured text found in EHRs and ClinicalTrials.gov.
