DR FELDMAN'S FIDUCIARY ROLE AND FINANCIAL INTERESTS IN THE COMPANY AND TECHNOLOGIES CREATES A CONFLICT WITH THIS NIH FUNDED STUDY BECAUSE THE TECHNOLOGIES ARE THE SUBJECT OF THE RESEARCH.
