Valley Telephone Cooperative, Inc.
I serve on the board of directors for Valley Telephone Cooperative and on some of the board committees. The board usually meets one time per month. I do not serve as a board officer.
I use vacation time to attend monthly board meetings and committee meetings. I also use vacation time for board training. n/a Valley Telephone does have ongoing contracts with UTRGV for the provision of telecommunication services. Also, Valley Telephone is periodically a client for UTRGV rural outreach activities and is also a potential partner with UTRGV on rural-development projects.
