I'm a Professional Service Provider (PSP) that provides educational consulting services to schools that are designated Intervention Required (IR) schools. These are considered below-performing schools. I make recommendations to the Principal on how to obtain higher performance and achievement from students on the State Accountability Tests.
I average about 5 hours per week of service during the day. This activity does not interfere with my university responsibilites and commitment. Just to point out, all of my graduate courses that I teach are conducted in the evenings after 5 p.m. Estimated amt. of $ is maiximum amount I would have received if I worked maximum hours (250) in MOU for 12 months; an average of 20 hours per month. However, a more precise amt would be about $. This is because I resigned at the end of Feb. 2017 and only worked 6 months beg in 9/1/16. This activity does not affect my institutional performance of my responsibilities. This activity enhances my knowledge of what goes on in a school campus since I teach Principal graduate level courses. This activity does not affect my commitment to the institutional performance of my responsibilities. This activity enhances my knowledge of what goes on in a school campus since I teach Principal graduate level courses. Since I teach graduate level Principal courses, my courses begin after 5 p.m. in the evening.

If the year was not disclosed, we report the range of years covered by our public records requests. In a few cases, a start date was provided instead of a filing date. In those cases, we use the start date instead.
