Doctors Hospital at Renaissance
was known and disclosed prior to my employment It could appear that a conflict could occur due to my interest in DHR however, in my opinion the success of the hospital allows for the success of the residency therefore my role at the hospital helps to ensure the success of the Surgical Residency so it in my opinion is actually beneficial and not detrimental to the residency The perception may be there however, time is really not an issue as the fulfillment of my roles has not suffered in either role
