I am currently working with Dr Penny Simpson on a project measuring economic impact at South Padre Island events as contracted by City of South Padre Island Convention & Visitors Bureau. This project is an undertaking within the UTRGV Business and Tourism Research Center.

This project is an undertaking within the UTRGV Business and Tourism Research Center. The first event was conducted in Nov 2017 and is an ongoing contract with committements dictated by scheduling of SPI events. This one year contract was renewed for a second year in Nov 2018.
