It’s a no-brainer: We have the right to know who is influencing our elections. The DISCLOSE Act would force any group spending over $10,000 on an election to reveal their donors, and the Senate votes TONIGHT.

Groups led by Rove, the Koch brothers, and Sheldon Adelson will spend millions to attack Democrats this year, and they’re doing everything they can to keep their billionaire financiers secret. The DISCLOSE Act would hold these groups accountable, but Senate Republicans are threatening to filibuster.

Sign the petition before 5 PM and tell the Senate to pass the DISCLOSE Act and restore transparency to our electoral process.

When Rove and Adelson spend millions to attack President Obama and Democratic candidates, we deserve to know who’s behind the ads.

Put a stop to the secrecy: Stand with Democrats in support of the DISCLOSE Act.
