The context is even worse than the quote itself

[url] [url]

If every American saw this video, Barack Obama would be out of a job in November.

Watch now: [url]

President Obama claims his "you didn't build that" quote has been taken out of context, but as you can see in this video -- released by his own campaign -- the quote in question is insulting and the context is even worse.

Clearly this President's whole philosophy on the American Dream is upside down. It's time to make a change.

Mitt Romney understands success is not the result of government, it is the result of hardworking people who take risks, create dreams, and build lives for themselves and their families.

So if you watch only one video during this election, watch this one. And if you share one video on Facebook, Twitter or email during this election, share this one.

Watch the video, judge President Obama's mixed-up ideology for yourself, and spread the word:

We'll fly you in for the President's birthday

Obama - Biden --

I'm no good at singing "Happy Birthday."

I hope you're better, because the President's inviting two grassroots donors and their guests to celebrate his birthday with him at his home in Chicago on August 12th.

Just pitch in $X or whatever you can to support this campaign, and you'll be automatically entered for the chance to be there.

It's going to be a great party.

We've got a nice spot picked out for the event at the President's family home in their beautiful South Side neighborhood.

What we're missing is a few lucky supporters like you to come and wish the President well as we celebrate him for the night.

Sounds fun, right? The contest ends Thursday, so enter today:

This weekend, we'll be 100 days away from Election Day.

We've got a lot of voters to get registered and ready for this election -- and that's part of why First Lady Michelle Obama just launched a new effort called It Takes One.

The idea behind it is pretty simple: One person reaching out to another, bringing in one person at a time, is what will make all the difference. She's challenging us all to bring one new person along every time we take action for this campaign -- whether that's chipping in a few dollars, registering to vote, or showing up at the It Takes One weekend of action on Saturday, July 28th, and Sunday, July 29th.

Folks from New York will be making calls or traveling to Pennsylvania for the weekend of action, to register voters and to reach out to folks there to talk about President Obama's accomplishments -- alongside that one new person they asked to join them for the day.

Can you go -- and bring someone else along?

[url]

One hundred days isn't a lot of time. But if you can make it out this weekend, and your friend can, too, you'll be able to reach twice as many people in this key battleground state.

Those people you reach are going to bring in others, who'll bring in others -- and it's going to keep getting bigger from there. With all those new people stepping up, the organizing we've got to do over these next 100 days will be many times easier.

That's how this organization has always worked -- and at this special weekend of action, we'll get to see that idea directly in action, in a whole new way.

So RSVP now -- and start thinking about who you're going to bring:

this is too far...

--

Michele Bachmann has made a career out of inflammatory comments, but this time she's gone too far.

Last week, Bachmann baselessly attacked Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin and Democratic Congressman Keith Ellison, accusing them of having connections to the Muslim Brotherhood.

Will you stand up against Bachmann's outrageous attacks?

Sign our petition denouncing Michele Bachmann's baseless, incendiary comments against Muslim-American public servants [url]

So far, Congresswoman Bachmann is showing no sign of relenting with her McCarthy-like attacks against these public servants.

You would assume that such a strong accusation against a standing U.S. Congressman and top State Department official would be backed by some strong evidence. Instead, Bachmann has only given us a bumbling, shameless account by six degrees of separation.

Outrageous conspiracy theories may exist in the dark corners of the internet, but they don't belong in the halls of Congress.

Stand against Bachmann's outrageous attacks:

tipping point

BREAKING: Department of Justice Investigating Pennsylvania's Voter Suppression Tactics

Pennsylvania's new “voter I.D.” law could literally decide the fate of President Obama's re-election.

It's not the first time that Republicans have tried to suppress the vote -- but in an election this close, it could be the tipping point that delivers the Presidency to Mitt Romney.

Help us reach 100,000 strong in support of the Department of Justice's investigation of Pennsylvania voter suppression -- Add your name -- Republicans' attempt to disenfranchise voters is just a shameless attempt to steal this election.

Even the Pennsylvania Republicans' Majority Leader, Mike Turzai, boasted, "Voter ID...is going to allow Governor Romney to win the state of Pennsylvania." We all remember what happened in Florida in 2000. We can't let Republicans get away with disenfranchising nearly 1-in-10 voters in a critical swing state like Pennsylvania in 2012.

Help us fight it:

P.S. Do you have a Republican friend that claims these onerous voter I.D. laws are necessary to prevent voter fraud? Tell them the state of Pennsylvania just admitted in a court filing that they have no evidence of in-person voter fraud, then help us fight back.
