We got outraised last month, and not by a little bit.

Part Two of getting outraised is getting outspent. That translates

into a potentially devastating sweep of negative, misleading

messaging that's going to flood the airwaves in swing states --

over and over and over -- until November 6th. It's already started,

and it's only July.

Will you make a donation of $X or more to help close this gap?

How this election plays out will define our democracy: Can super

PACs and hundreds of millions of dollars from Republicans and

the Romney campaign -- through the brute force of negative advertising

alone -- drown out millions of voices?

Or can the politics of inclusivity -- asking supporters to chip in $X $X

$X at a time -- keep the margin close enough to win?

Please donate $X or more today to close the gap:

Obama - Biden

We know Romney and the Republicans are raising more money than we are. I want to talk about where it's all coming from.

Yesterday, for instance, it came from a fundraiser at Dick Cheney's mansion in Wyoming. He and Mitt Romney agree on a lot of things, after all: like the need for more tax cuts for millionaires and billionaires like them.

Last weekend, it was at the Koch estate in the Hamptons, where luxury vehicles lined the blocks and at least one guest lamented that the "common" person doesn't get it.

This is how Romney is raking in millions.

He's also got the super PACs, special interests, and anonymous donors spending millions on his behalf.

Don't let them define this race.

If you still believe that the grassroots should elect a president, then we need you to step up. Please donate $X or more today:

When we talk about Romney and the Republicans' $X million

fundraising edge in June, think about what that money means

in a practical sense.

It's an onslaught of negative ads, filled with distortions, smears,

and outright lies directed at voters in states like Virginia, Florida,

Ohio, and Colorado -- a nonstop stream of anti-Obama

propaganda.

We can't prevent these attacks. But we can make sure we have

the resources to fight back on the ground and on the air. That

starts by making sure the Romney fundraising advantage doesn't

get any worse.

Donate $X today to help close the fundraising gap:

We've seen it time and again from the Romney campaign.

During the primaries, in state after state, Romney and his allies

used their fundraising advantage like a club, bludgeoning

outspent opponents with attack ads. It worked then -- and you

can bet Romney and his friends are planning the same for us.

We're gearing up for it. Our ground game is second to none, and

we've got some pretty good ads of our own which frankly have a

better -- and more truthful -- message .

But with Romney raking in huge donations, we need to make sure

we have the resources to keep building our campaign and be

heard above the noise.

Don't let Romney pull further ahead. Donate today:
