Corrections: An earlier version of this post listed an unpaid wages lawsuit filed by Justin Henry against Chung King Studios. Henry was not an intern, but a full-fledged employee of the recording studio. In addition, this post said that the class action against Charlie Rose was settled for a total of $250K. That amount was an upper bound and the settlement payment is now estimated to be $110K. The post has also been corrected to clarify language regarding the class of interns for the same lawsuit.
