Seven merit promotion folders that contained approximately 75 employee/potential employee applications were left unattended in an outside hallway for more than 72 hours. All records have been recovered. The data types involved include full name, full SSN, home address, home phone, home email, and DOB. Update: 11/21/11:After further review, 43 individuals' data was improperly stored. All will be offered credit protection services.12/12/11:After further counting, the number of individuals stands and 54.
