Veteran B planned to contact VA staff today and report the same information as Veteran A.
Outcome:
06/10/13: Veteran A reported that Veteran B was living with a VA Gulf Coast employee. Both Veterans were residents in a treatment program in which the VA employee was one of their caregivers. Veteran A alleges that their clinical information was being shared by the caregiver to Veteran B. According to Veteran A, Veteran B planned to contact VA staff today and report the same information as Veteran A. Both Veterans will be sent a letter of notification.
