Issue:
Volunteer name was on sensitive review by ISO. Questioned supervisor why had accessed an empoyee health file. No response from supervisor. Access suspended. In reviewing what volunteer had accessed it was determined that he had gone into 26 employee health records to write a note. All access terminated. Update: 10/21/11:Twenty-Six (26) Employees will be sent letters offering credit protection services.10/26/11:PO ran list by author and found volunteer had written/accessed 72 employee or veteran records. therefore 72 will receive CPS offers.
Outcome:
Volunteer access terminated. Employee health staff sanctioned by HR.
