A Veteran stopped at the Office of the Associate Director with an envelope that was mailed to him on 04/16/15. The envelope contained a cover letter addressed to him but the 3 different files in the letter belong to 3 different Veterans.
Outcome:
04/22/15: The Incident Resolution Service Team has determined that three Veterans will be sent a letter offering credit protection services.
