The contract scanning group scanned Employee A's performance appraisal into Employee B's eOPF file. The appraisal contained Employee A's name, full SSN and employment information. Update: 06/26/12:Employee A will be sent a letter offering credit protection services.
Outcome:
The inappropriate record was removed from the eOPF file by local HR.
