Issue:
A pharmacy technician switched two patients medications when mailing out prescriptions. Patient A received a prescription intended for Patient B. The information included was the patients name, address, and medications. Patient A will bring the information and medications back within a week patient B has not yet responded to the Pharmacy departments Supervisors call about the mis-mailed medications.
