Veteran alleges a VA employee blurted out his medical condition to everyone in a waiting room.
Outcome:
12/16/13: It was confirmed while interviewing the employee that the patient's medical condition was verbally disclosed while the employee was talking to the patient in the waiting room. The patient will receive a HIPAA letter of notification.
