Employee A observed Employee B receiving medical care and opened Employee B electronic chart to find out why Employee B was there. The chart contained Employee A name, full SSN, and protected health information. Update: 12/23/11:Employee B will recieve a letter offering credit protection services.
Outcome:
Employee to receive additional training by supervisor and appropriate administrative action by service chief.
