Veteran A signed for his medication but did not pick up his Bag. He returned to the pickup window stating that he forgothis medications, but his bag was gone.We noticed that veteran B was the next person to sign for his medications. We called him and he saw that he picked up 2 bags but did not notice one bag belonged to veteran A. Veteran B was told he Could return or destroy Veteran a medication by the Pharmacy tech Update: 01/20/11:Veteran A will receive a notification letter.
