Issue:
A member of the Air National guard 138th unit reported this information to the Patient Advocate . A friend of her sister and the military member's ex-wife was given medical history and information on an Army National Guard member assigned to Camp Gruber, by a Behavioral Medical /Psychology Intern assigned to the Jack C. Montgomery VAMC in Muskogee. The patient information passed on included the reason why he was sent home early form deployment, which was his illegal use of inhalants resulting in him being discharged from the National Guard unit. Update: 03/18/13:Veteran A will be sent a letter offering credit protection services.
