Today, 9/30/2014, VBA reported a Veteran privacy complaint which was reported to them on 9/24/2014. Veteran B reported that he received a C&P appointment reminder for Veteran A. A letter for Veteran B details appointment location, date and time. The letter contained Veteran As full name and partial SSN. Veteran B also describes receipt of a phone call from someone asking for Veteran A.
Outcome:
10/08/14: The Incident Resolution Service Team has determined that Veteran A will be sent a notification letter.
