The Chief of Staff brought a high school student to morning report, where patient information was being discussed, to include SSN, diagnosis, treatment and follow up. Update: 01/09/12:The ten patients will receive a letter offering credit protection services.02/28/12:An appeal was filed. The DBCT reviewed and denied the appeal due to the fact that the student should not have been in the morning report. Credit protection services are still required.
